Colin
Rosser
Chairman
Colin graduated from Southampton University with an honours degree in Engineering and has spent the last 25 years of his life in Print and Publishing.He was chairman and Chief Executive of The Goodhead Print Group went public in 1985 and had a record turnover of £75 million in 1989.
He is the current chairman of The In Oxford Group which has recently launched the new Oxfordshire Business Magazine - B4.
He has lived in Headington for the last 26 years with his fashion retailer wife Sue and has two children, Deborah and Richard who is Managing Director of The In Oxford Group. |

Rosser
Managing Director
Richard Rosser has been Managing Director of The in Oxford
Group for 9 years. While dealing with customers at all levels,
Richard’s role is to co-ordinate the overall strategy of
the Group and develop new products. The launch of B4 has
seen Richard’s role extend to Editing the magazine with Keith
Simpson and writing reviews or conducting interviews with
sponsors and feature advertisers. |

Simpson
Senior Designer
Keith is head of our design and print company 'Blink'. Before
joining he studied Art and Design at Foundation level before
going on to gain a degree in Fine Art with Honours specialising
in graphic design based artwork, over more traditional forms
of art. In his spare time he designs artwork for a music
label and is an avid collector of records.. |

Sue
Edwardson
Office Manager/PA
Sue was born in a small country town in North Wales and moved
to further her career in 1996 to work for a prestigious members
club where she was involved in the organisation of the Henley
Royal Regatta.
When she moved to Oxford in 1998 she started work in the
administration department of Darbys solicitors and has recently
joined us here as Office Manager/PA.
To have fun and relax, Sue likes to go out dancing and loves
to draw and paint. |

Tina
Rosser
Sales Ledger
Tina has been working for the company for 9 years
now and focuses on our sales ledger and credit
control. Although not a day to day member of the
working staff at Head Office, Tina is still very
much a part of the team and plays a vital role
in the success of the business.
Originally from
Plaistow, East London, Tina has spent her working
life predominantly in the City working for Barclays
Metals but had a brief spell in Halifax. Married
with two children Tina is also a keen interior
designer and plays a massive role in sourcing and
converting property for our sister company, C&S
Developments. |

Editorial Board Member
John Kennedy is a marketing specialist who heads
the business development team at Rooks Rider, a city
law firm.
John is an editorial board member of B4. |
