I like it; I like it lots!

an oasis of peace and tranquillity. It’s lush
and green and you forget the stresses you are
under because there is a Zen in this place.
The personal service with a smile is exceptional.
You can hear the smile when you call the receptionist;
a far cry from the appalling customer service
one seems to receive these days from hotels
and service industries alike. Staff members
have pride in their jobs and work hard to please
the guest. The welcome is heart-warming. To
know that there is 24-hour coverage and that
the staff work in two shifts like hotels and
unlike many self-catering apartments is comforting.
Training is rigorous and expectations are high.
This shows through in the manner and detail
in which they assess the needs of each guest
prior to arrival from the type of accommodation
they need to their breakfast needs. Families
are usually accommodated in apartments with
gardens to give that little extra space to
the children. Little cosy gardens equipped
with tables and even a barbeque are dotted
around the property to make you feel like home.
For the businessman or the professional visiting
Oxford, their needs are well looked after with
wireless networks made available in every apartment
for their convenience.
The level of comfort and detail in the apartments
is exceptionally high. Kitchens are well and
fully equipped. The furniture and furnishings
are modern, contemporary and refreshing. Simple
details like the original prints commissioned
from local artists add a touch of colour, originality
and class to the apartments and the common
areas.
Despite its central location, being a stone’s
throw from Oxford Castle and the numerous drinking
holes and restaurants, the apartments are quiet
and peaceful. It’s a place you can relax and

a hard day’s sight-seeing or shopping. With
such comfortable and spacious accommodation
coupled with the feeling of peace as you enter
the apartment, it is heaven-sent at the end
of a tiring day.

service. Personally this must be the only choice
for individuals seeking a home from home and
