Family Yoga is a fun way to spend time with your
children. Yoga is an ancient system of mind-body
health that builds strength, flexibility, self-esteem
and imagination in today’s children and their families.
Yoga helps your body to work more efficiently by
strengthening muscles, toning internal organs, improving
posture and it helps you to sleep better too. At
Family Yoga we do a simple warm up, tell a story
using poses, have some fun yoga games and finish
with a bit of relaxation.
Bring water to drink and wear loose comfortable clothing.
