Family Yoga is a fun way to spend time with your children.  Yoga is an ancient system of mind-body health that builds strength, flexibility, self-esteem and imagination in today’s children and their families.  Yoga helps your body to work more efficiently by strengthening muscles, toning internal organs, improving posture and it helps you to sleep better too.  At Family Yoga we do a simple warm up, tell a story using poses, have some fun yoga games and finish with a bit of relaxation.
Upcoming classes at West Oxford Community Centre.
12 Nov, 10 Dec, 13 Jan. 10.30am – 11.30am.
Bring water to drink and wear loose comfortable clothing.  Please call Annabel Dunstan for more information on 07790 216441.
