The largest and most
famous of all the Oxford colleges. Founded in 1546 by
Henry VIII it is the only college in the world with a
cathedral within it's walls. It is also the home for
47 years to the Rev. Charles Ludwig Dodgson, better known
as 'Lewis Carroll' the author of 'Alice's Adventures
in wonderland'. The magic of this famous children's story
now comes together with boy wizard' Harry Poetter'. The
great Hall at the college was the inspiration doe 'Hogwarts
Schyool' and scenes from the films were shot on the Great
Hall staircase and Cloisters.
